Mist Fits - Review of two Misting Favorites

Facial Mists

Facial Mists

I love a good facial mist.

Mists are great for a number of things. They give a surge of mid-day freshness in the office, are life saver's for an in flight hydration boost, they are lovely used before your serum or moisturizer for added absorption (how-to serum post), and great for achieving that natural dewy finish when spritzed on top of your makeup.

Last week I started my first proper doctor job in a psychiatry clinic (with pay for once), for the summer. I'm absolutely loving it, thank goodness, and a lot of the day consist of patient contact, but around half of the day is spent in front of a beaming computer doing paper work. I posted a pic of this PANDHY's 100% Rose water (Complements of Agi at the Beautybar) on my instagram account recently. It's been a real rosy treat in there, making everything including me smell like a beautiful rose garden. I like that it's 100% pure rosewater, and in addition it contains 1% hyaluronic acid for added hydration. It comes in a small and slim bottle, perfect for your bag, or even party-clutch.

PANDHY's can be bought through Agi and the Beautybar if you're in Debrecen, or from their website: www.pandhys.com

The Omorovicza Queen of Hungary Mist- lookfantastic.com, came in a starter-kit I bought a while back before my trip to Sicily (holiday essentials post), to which all the products made their way into my carry-on beauty bag. I was thoroughly impressed with all the products in that pack, where the mist became one of the favorites, FAST. I've already used up most of it, and I'm now saving this for days out, or weekend trips away.

Full ingredient list:

Aqua (Hungarian Thermal Water), Rosa Damascena Flower Water, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Flower Water, Salvia Officinalis (Sage) Leaf Water, Polysorbate 20, Phenoxyethanol, Glycerin, Pyrus Malus (Apple) Fruit Extract, Pectin, Chlorella Vulgaris/Lupinus Albus Protein Ferment, Malpighia Punicifolia (Acerola) Fruit Extract, Ethylhexylglycerin, Mannitol, Yeast Extract. (Summer heat)

How great is it that 'summer heat' is an ingredient? Love it.

The Queen of Hungary mist gives more moisture than the PANDHY's flower water version, as well as an amazing healthy glow that lasts for a long time. It smells really good and fresh, and gives a true feeling of luxury, which I think is a proper word to describe this brand. Super pampering, effective, and luxurious.

The Omorovicza line is carried by lookfantastic, but unfortunately they don't have the starter-kit at the moment. The mist is there though- lookfantastic.com.
