Dr. ROKderm

And then the day came.

The day I'de been slaving for, dreaming of, to the point where I still didn't believe it was real as I sat on my chair, waiting to be handed my diploma. For the last 7 years of my life, I've been working towards this piece of paper, this title that gives me the possibility to work as a doctor, in whichever way/field/capacity I choose. My childhood dream has come true, at least in part. Now starts another battle. There's always another battle. Medicine, dermatology, skin, skincare, and beauty will be priority number one the next 7 years of my life, and I'm excited to see how far I'll go at my own pace, and at my own machine in the given time frame.

Although it might sound like I'm already "over" my victory, I did enjoy my celebratory weekend to bits! It was filled with love from my closest ones, food, and parties with my friends and fiance: Dr.K.

Following are a few glimpses of the 2 days we spent proclaiming the glory of my struggle! (i.e drinking alcohol, and depriving ourselves of sleep). Be warned, this might get a little mooshy and messy..

I would be lying if I told you the time I spent studying in Hungary were the best years of my life, and as I'm not in the habit of lying- I wont. Meeting these to beautiful hearts made it all so much better though, and I will forever treasure our friendship. (moosh moosh moosh, but truth).

Me and my number one! The absolute best part of moving to Hungary, if I hadn't I wouldn't have met the love of my life, and now fiance. He has been and continues to be the greatest support-system, and a continuous inspiration to me. Check out his new amazing website for aesthetic blog posts, and information on botox and filler events in Stockholm and London. This boy got game!

Me and my cute parents. They have been my reason for everyhting, I owe them all that I am. It was such a happy day, and a victory for the 3 of us.

And here's a little beauty pic for you! These were part of my preparations for the big day.  1. My favorite go to perk me up at the moment: IROHA Radiant tissue mask with argan oil and hyaluronic acid. Works wonders for thirsty saggy skin. I got mine from boots. Tip: there's a lot of serum in this mask, so stroke the tissue on your neck and decollete, arms and wherever else you'll reach. There's no point in throwing away a drop of this lovely moisture liquid.

2. Tan Towel- perfect for getaways involving bare legs. I bought one sachet containing one towel, enough for legs, arms and decollete. The tan dried fast, and left a natural bronzy sheen. TanTowel.

Read my post on self-tanning -here

I also used 3 testers from BeautyLab that I were very impressed by! Especially the cellular serum and smart defense daily moisturizer. The pic I took is too dark to add here. Find products and pics of the line -here.

graduationgirls

Me and a few of my graduation girls! And man, in the corner there.

It's been so great to finish, and although work has taken lots and lots of my weekday time (all of it), I'm now super relaxed in the weekends, no longer having that cloud of guilt hanging over me for all the studying I should be doing.

There's some great changes in store for ROKderm, but there's a lot of things happening in my life at moment, including work, so how much and how fast these changes will be made, I just can't say at the moment. Day by day I live my life, plans have become obsolete, but still I make them, and at some point I'll be able to make them reality as well.

Peace and light until next time.

Love,

Rolah
