Meditation before and after

Peter Seidler is a photographer that wanted to document the objective results of one months meditation practice. The full interview can be read here, below you can see a few of the photos of his "before and after" series. I definitely see a difference, its not only that they smile more, which also makes you look younger, but there seems to be an increased fullness of the face, and a reduction of wrinkles.
